Christmas Fair Raises Over £2,200 pounds for Charity

The St Peter's Christmas Fair, held on 3rd December, matched last year's total by raising over £2,200 for our selected charities.  It was a real team effort with all the congregation joining in whether they ran stalls, helped with setting up and clearing away or just donated to the many stalls.

Over 60s Enjoy Christmas Lunch

On Thursday 1st December the St Peter's Over 60s Club met in the Parish Hall and enjoyed a delicious Christmas Lunch, which was once again generously provided by the Spire Hospital.  The Over 60s were entertained by the pupils of St Jonn's School Stanmore and each received a gift many of which had been donated by local businesses.  A wonderful afternoon was enjoyed by all thanks to the efforts of organiser Lindsey Matthews and her team of helpers.
