Church Heating

Following a recent site visit by a company manufacturing fan-assisted radiators, plans are now being drawn up for a new heating system for St. Peter’s. With heating in the nave ducts the temperature in the building should be very agreeable. Finer details will follow in due course once exact measurements have been taken and a fully costed plan prepared.

Additional Curates Society Lent boxes

ACS works to support the provision of priests in ‘poor and populous parishes.’

If you wish to have a collecting box for the work of ACS these are available at the back of church.

Advertisements in ‘Together’

If you have appreciated reading the ‘Together’ periodical published by the Church Union on behalf of the Catholic Societies of the Church of England you might like to make a donation towards the cost of St. Peter’s Easter advertisement.

Contributions support the publication of the paper and make a statement about our corporate life as part of the Richborough family.

Donations please to Fr. Andrew.

OPEN CHURCH

Churchwarden Anne Swerling (020 8950 8923) would like to hear from anyone who could spare time to help keep the church open at various times during the week with a vew to discussing this very worthwhile outreach to visitors wishing to look around or just spend some quiet time in prayer.

Please give names/contact details to her as soon as possible.

Thank you

The Red Trust, Bushey

Following the visit of local representative Alison Saunders to some of the harvest events last October, the PCC have agreed to host a box for donations of food towards the food bank which the charity runs, along with its other activities in support of the local community in Bushey.

Please feel free to contribute to this if you wish.
