There is inevitably something provisional about the following diary entries, but they do represent a reasonable expectation of what might be possible. The assumption is that singing will still not be permitted so it will not be possible to organise a carol service. Public worship will resume on 2nd December.

St. Peter’s opens for public worship


·       Please use the hand-gel provided on entering and leaving the building (or bring your own).

·       Please keep the requisite distance from members of other households (currently 6 feet).

·       Please note that some areas of the building may be closed to assist with cleaning.

·       Please bring your own bible, prayer book and cushion if you require them. (Service booklets will still be available).

·       Singing is not permitted.

·       Communion will be given in one kind with the host received on the hand.

·       Communion will be received from a central station. Please follow directions.

The vicar welcomes enquiries about Baptism, Marriage and Confirmation.   Holy Communion,

anointing with oil and the laying on of hands are offered to the sick.   The Churching of Women,

the Blessing of Houses and Confession are available by appointment.
